I’ve built my life around movement, discipline, and pushing limits.
With over 15 years of high-level hockey, including junior hockey with the NJ Titans and NCAA Division III at Wilkes University, I learned early what it takes to perform under pressure. After my playing days, I became an Emergency Room RN, where I saw daily how fragile health can be and how much our loved ones depend on us to stay strong.
A severe back injury threatened to end my active life. Instead of accepting it, I fought back. That journey led me to complete two 50-mile ultramarathons. The pain, the training, the mental battles; they proved one thing:
Movement is Medicine.
